Prior to joining The de Ferrers Trust, I was Director of Education for the Diocese of Lichfield. I have also been a Headteacher in Bristol and Staffordshire. Whilst in Bristol I became a Consultant Leader for Bristol City Council and have also undertaken many Governance roles with local governing bodies and trust boards. 

I am a passionate advocate for education and love serving our children and families within the Trust.
