Early Career Teachers
At Affinity Learning Partnership, we take immense pride in supporting hundreds of Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as they embark on the pivotal early stages of their teaching careers. Our mission is to nurture and develop exceptional educators who will make a lasting impact in the classroom and beyond.
Our two-year ECT programme is designed as a crucial transition phase for newly qualified teachers, offering stability, structure, and ongoing support throughout an extended induction period. This ensures that every ECT has the resources and guidance they need to thrive.
We offer a comprehensive Early Career Professional Development Programme across both ECT1 and ECT2 phases. Over the course of the two years, ECTs engage with 12 carefully crafted modules—one for each half term. Each module is structured to provide a balanced blend of learning, practice, and reflection. Throughout the programme, ECTs will:
