The Pingle Academy is an 11-19 co-educational, comprehensive school, became an academy in May 2017 and joined Affinity Learning Partnership. Our oversubscribed academy is the academy of choice in the local area and enjoys an excellent local reputation.

The Candidate
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working with children and supporting their educational development to join us as an Apprentice Teaching Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a friendly yet professional approach, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with both students and staff. A commitment to inclusion, safeguarding, and the well-being of all pupils is essential.
The successful candidate will have a good standard of education, with at least five GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including English and Maths. They should possess strong organisational skills, a keen willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience working with children or young people, whether in a school setting or another capacity, would be advantageous.
This role requires adaptability, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to professional development. As an Apprentice Teaching Assistant, you will gain hands-on experience in the classroom while developing the skills necessary to support students, including those with special educational needs.
