Granville Academy is part of Affinity Learning Partnership. We are a Multi Academy Trust currently based in Staffordshire and Derbyshire. We consist of 3 Secondary Academies and 4 Primary Academies.

The Candidate
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated Student Receptionist to work as part of our pastoral team. Working closely with the Head of Year and the safeguarding teams, you will support our students day-to-day and be the first point of contact for parent calls for the pastoral team as well as supporting the academy by providing routine clerical and administrative support that assists the team. You will be responsible for providing First Aid care to students, full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
This is a student facing role, the successful candidate will be a key point of contact for our students and must be able to establish effective working relationships with our students and their families utilising their excellent all-round communication skills to do so. Experience of handling data systems and competence in computerised records/management information systems will be highly beneficial for this role.
No two days are the same so the successful candidate will need to have the resilience and enthusiasm to deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
The position will be 37 hours per week, working weeks are Term Time 39 weeks.
