Our vision at the Affinity Learning Partnership is, on one level, relatively simple. Everything we do is to ensure that we are a Trust where everyone belongs, progresses and thrives.

However, creating an organisation where every individual is valued and valuable, where our community can progress in the areas that will make the biggest difference to them, and where people feel empowered to have healthy and happy futures does not happen through words alone. It takes strategic thinking, dedication and, above all else, a partnership approach.

That is why we believe in empowering our leaders to lead with confidence and clarity. We shape solutions together with transparency and integrity. We have designed our central support to allow our educational leaders to lead, our teachers to teach and our students to learn.

Everything we do is about ensuring that our children and young people are ready and prepared for the world that awaits them.
